Brighton wins all the awards

i'm not really sure if this is the kinda thing i'll usually be posting, but I'm a bit stumped until I get my new laptop and camera at some point next week so this will have to do :-)!
earlier this month, me and 3 close buddies took a trip up to Brighton on what was supposed to be the hottest day of the year, I think it was like 32 celsius or something and wtf down where i'm usually at, I swear it rarely exceeds like 20 omfg
anyway, I didn't have too high expectations despite everyone ranting and raving about it for literally ever now, so after a 2 hour long journey via London aka the total opposite way to Brighton from where I live, we made it! it was totally boiling and I could already tell it was a badass place, even the graffiti there was cool like I don't even
I wish I could say we spent most of the day shopping in all the cute lil' vintage shops and stayed on the beach with a picnic for the rest, but we basically just sat in Costa whilst two of my friends played animal crossing on DS and I got angry because I just realised I bought a pair of shoes boTH OF WHICH WERE RIGHT FOOTED AND ALSO GOT YELLED AT BY SOME GUY IN PRIMARK WHO YELLED NUTCASE ((but with more swearing)) AT ME AND WALKED OFF FOR LITERALLY NO REASON

8 hours later (literally), we found the sea aw
((these photos are a joke ok much like my life))

anyway, we decided at around 7 we should probably try find the beach and Brighton Pier, but somehow struggled finding it, so after 30 minutes, we found the sea and omfg it was so beautiful
i'm not usually one for pebbley beaches, I prefer the sand because rocks totally murder your feet, but Brighton was an exception
we ditched our bags on the rocks ((perhaps not totally safe)), and I took hold of some of our phones and just shoved them down my cleavage in my top like one hell of a classy lady, so that if our bags did get stolen at least my boobs would have saved some of our technological bits and bobs
the water was so warm even though it was 8 or 9pm, and when we made our way to the pier, we saw they weRE PLAYING MOULIN ROUGE AKA ONE OF THE GREATEST FILMS EVER, BEING PLAYED ON SOME BIG ASS SCREEN AND THERE WERE CUTE LITTLE LIGHTS EVERYWHERE AND IN THAT MOMENT I DECIDED THIS TIME NEXT YEAR I AM 100% MOVING TO BRIGHTON
I texted my Mum to tell her that she shouldn't count on me coming home because it's literally so perfect, and she was like 'Ok xxx', so that sounds like permission to me

I highly recommend the expensive fare it takes to get to Brighton, especially if it's warm, literally the nicest place I've visited ever, inside the UK and out x

p.s in those photos my skirt was falling down so we had to tie it up with a hairband at the side so sorry if it looks weird no h8 pls :((
